- Sweep and Mop Hard Floors
- Vacuuming Carpets and Rugs
- Dusting Surfaces (Furniture, Shelves, Baseboards)
- Clean Countertops and Sinks (Kitchen and Bathroom)
- Clean Toilets, Tubs, and Showers
- Appliance Exterior Wipe Down
- Clean all Mirrors
- Clean inside/outside Microwave
- Empty/Take out Trash
- Make Beds (No Linen Change)
- (Washing Windows for ~$4 per Window)
PREMIUM PACKAGE: $150 PER CLEANING

- Appliance Deep Clean (Fridge not included)
- Detailed Spot Dusting (Light Fixtures, Ceiling Fans, Vents)
- Water Plants
- Making Beds - With Linen Change if Requested

- Washing Rugs

WHITE GLOVE PACKAGE: $300 PER CLEANING
Package Includes:
- ALL PREMIUM AND ESSENTIAL PACKAGE ITEMS
- Wash, Dry, and Put Away Dishes
- Fridge Deep Clean and Organize
- Organize Cupboards
- Laundry (Folded and Put Away if Requested)
- Handwashing Select Floors if Requested
- Polish Chrome Fixtures and Steel Appliances
- Pet Check in (Feed, Water, Brush)
- Clean Under Couch Cushions and Behind Furniture
- Complimentary Signature Scent Diffuser or Room Spray

Additional rooms are approximately $10-20 per room

We founded Pearl Tide Cleaning in 2025 after we realizing the lack of a high-end, customizable house cleaning service with a luxury feel for the Goshen, IN area. We are both born and raised in the area and come from Amish/Mennonite background. We are committed to building strong relationships with our customers as well as a reputation for cleaning excellence!
